Originally started in Albury/Wodonga, PC Helpers has already grown to be able to service outlying area's such as Wagga Wagga, Wangaratta and Corryong District. We have now moved our head office to the Batemans Bay.
With technologies such as the internet, wireless networks and
absolute reliance on technology, a clients recent computer crisis (Point Of Sales computer)
lead to the creation of PC Helpers. With the store owner not
being computer savvy, and their usual IT Support person out
of town left us with opportunity to start the PC Helper brand name. After calling five local suppliers and only finding the last one provided an onsite service, it was identified that the requirement for both a rapid response onsite service, and a less timely onsite service was a very underserviced market.
Onsite service, training and assistance are our core focus – and certainly appreciated by our clients who might not necessarily know how to disconnect their computer to take it to their local computer shop, and, have even less of an idea how to put it all together. PC Helpers provides a friendly onsite service at a time that suits you.
